Refund policy

Refund Policy:

  We want you to love your Mindful Mushrooms products. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery at ivo@mindfulmushroomstore.com.

  Eligible for return or refund: Unopened, unused items in original packaging.

  Not eligible: Opened consumable products (tinctures, capsules, food items) due to health and safety regulations.

  To request a refund, email us with your order number and reason. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
